The only issue of the official newspaper of the Polish Trade Union of Metalworkers.

This worker’s organisation belonged to Rosa Luxemburg’s political party the “Socjaldemokracja Królestwa Polskiego i Litwy” (SDKPiL; Social Democracy of the Kingdom of Poland and Lithuania), and was founded in December, 1905. Within a year some 250 people joined to the Union and in May 1907 it counted more than 3,000 members.

The issued concerns with topics related to the general labour movement and also about the local organization and its financial situation. The appendix shows the ledger and other financial charts of the Union.

Extremely scarce document, we could trace only one copy in institutional holdings, in Poland.
