“Vorträge” was a series of lectures of the Warburg Institute. This copy is inscribed to Eduard Norden (1868–1941), the German classical philologist and historian of religion, whose main work “Die Geburt des Kindes. Geschichte einer religiösen Idee” was published in the series of “Studien der Bibliothek Warburg” in 1924.
