Budapest: 1958. Original photoalbum with 41 (6 coloured) vintage photographs in various sizes, on 16 cardboard leaves separated with tracing paper. In orignal brown leatherette binding with gilt title. Album size: 495 × 345 mm. The colored images somewhat discoloured, overall in fine condition.
The album was a present for Imre Dögei (1912–1964) the Hungarian Communist politician, who served as Minister of Agriculture from 1956 to 1960. The fist image of the album showing him opening the Agricultural Exhibition and Fair, the rest of the images were taken at the fair, showing the exhibited agricultural machines and the rather interested visitors.
