[9] VI–XXX [2] 209 [3]; 269 [3]; 139 [5] p. Spine slightly tanned, with minimal openings at the joints at the head and tail. Corners bumped. Contemporary ownership stamp on the half-title of the first volume and an inscription on the title pages of the first volume. Occasional foxing and light stains, but overall in very good condition.

This is the first Hungarian edition of Friedrich List's Das nationale System der politischen Oekonomie, originally published in German in 1841. The translation was undertaken by Antal Sárváry (1814–1864), a prominent lawyer and public administrator.
