Ödön Palasovszky (1899–1980) was one of the most prominent figures of the Hungarian Avant-garde movement, writer and poet, an actor and theatre director, founder of the Activist Theater the “Zöld Szamár” (Green Donkey) together with Sándor Bortnyik. In 1922 as a collective called “Manifesztum” with Iván Hevesy, published three manifestos, this is the last piece of the series.
Palasowsky’s first solo manifesto the “New Station” from 1922, wherein he is calling for the new kind of art, the a collective art for the masses. Extremely rare.
