Cold War Soviet propaganda. Manifestly anti-war content but reading beneath the lines with the clear purpose to foment the tension between the two blocks.

Boris Yefimov (1899 or 1900 – 2008) was a Jewish-Ukrainian born Soviet political cartoonist who was the chief illustrator of the newspaper “Izvestia”.
