Scarce mammoth plate by the American photographer William Henry Jackson (1843–1942), one of the foremost photographers of the American West. The photograph shows the view of the Cathedral Spires rock formations at Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs (El Paso County), Colorado with three men on horseback in the foreground of the image.
