“Knife in the Water”, regarded as one of Polanski’s finest movies, is his first feature-length film. It is also the first Polish motion picture to be nominated for Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. Here, on the stamp of “Film Polski” with the original, later altered English title “The Young Lover”.
