Guy, the Paymaster of Aurillac reassures the payment of dues for those who had income related to the former French colony Saint-Domingue.

Lists and defines those who entitled to receive any money from the state but had not received yet in five points, among them those former landowners of Saint-Domingue who would have received compensation by the “Haiti Indemnity” the 150 million gold franc (later reduced to 90 milliion) indemnity that Haiti payed for France for their independence according to the order of King Charles X of France on 17 April 1825.
