Kovno [Kaunas], Berlin: Farlag Idish, 1921. In publisher’s ochre wrappers, with illustrated publisher's devices on the front cover and printed publisher's ads on the back cover. 10, (6) p. Cover stained, detached. Title page damaged at upper corner. Water stain at the lower gutter throughout. Rust stains where stapled. Light stains to the last pages. Pages yellowed due to aging. In good condition.

The cover features El Lissitsky’s publisher’s device at the bottom displaying the priestly hands, and at the top another device by Ben-Zion Tsukherman featuring a bird and floral motifs.

A copy of the book is in the collection of the MoMA. It was displayed at the “The Russian Avant-Garde Book 1910–1934” exhibition in 2002, the reproduction of the cover could be found in the accompanying book (347).

This scarce publication is the second edition printed of S. Viktim's one act play in Yiddish, originally printed in Kharkiv, in 1917.
