Beograd: Marsias, 1922. First edition, proof copy. Ristić’s ownership inscription on the front cover and the stamp of Putevi’s editorial (also on the rear cover). Notes, corrections, deletions (however the magazine was published with the here crossed paragraphs) and doodles in Ristić’s hand in ink and blue pencil. “црвени круг” (Red Circle, probably in relation to the 1922 British silent drama film Vanity Fair) inscription twice on first and last pages. With two separate notes on small papers, one with the list of corrections, the other with further notes. 32 p. (missing: pp. 15–18.); mounted advertisement leaf. Pp. 15–18, including Ristić’s article, are missing. Cover and a few leaves are somewhat chipped at edges. Spine worn. Three moderate stains that affect the margins of the last four leaves, the mounted advertisement-leaf, and the rear cover.

Radical pre-surrealist periodical published in two series: the first series (1922) consisting of only two, the second series (1923–24) only three issues. Putevi was the first periodical of the group that was later known as Beograd Group of the Serbian Surrealists, which formed around Marko Ristić.

Ristic (1902–1984) was one of the chief figures of the Surrealist movement in Serbia and the most widely published.
