First Czech edition. In contemporary half cloth. Marbled edges. Possessor’s inscription on front paste down. Ownership stamp on title page. Somewhat stained, more in the first part. Overall in very good condition.

First Czech edition of Verne’s science fiction novel “Autour de la Lune” (Around the Moon). Published in the same year as the first French edition, preceded the English translation which was only published in 1873.
